GETTING THERE
AIRPORT
The most convenient airport to fly into is Leonardo da Vinci International Airport (FCO – Fiumicino), located approximately 30 minutes from the city center and close to our venues. Another option is Ciampino Airport (CIA), about 40 minutes away, which operates several European and regional flights.
October is a wonderful time to visit Rome, with pleasant weather and lively energy throughout the city.
However, it’s also a popular travel season, so we recommend securing your flights and accommodations
as early as possible.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Our venues are located in different areas of the city, and we understand that guests may have diverse preferences of where to stay. As such, and per your convenience, we have arranged room blocks at Hotels XXX and YYY, two of Rome’s most charming hotels.
Transportation will be provided to and from the hotels for the various events.
